Return and Exchange Policy 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within three days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after seven days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product. In international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. If there are defects or faults in the product before it arrives, the consumer will be compensated. 3- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
